You can cancel anytime, and you keep what you paid for until the end of your billing period. Payments are otherwise non-refundable, with the exceptions below. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling a subscription
- Cancel anytime from Settings, Billing, Manage subscription.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You keep your plan and its credits until then.
- You will not be charged again after cancelling.
- We do not give partial or prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
Credits and credit packs
Credits and credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, and they have no cash value. In unusual circumstances we may make an exception at our discretion; doing so does not oblige us to make exceptions in other cases.
When we refund

Credits returned for failed runs go back to your N-ERGY balance, not to your card.
India: GST corrections
If we charged IGST because your GSTIN could not be verified, and you show us it was valid on the date of purchase, contact us. We review each case individually. If you contact us before we file the GST return for that month, we can usually refund the GST. After the return has been filed, correction may not be possible.
How to request a refund
Email verification@nergyai.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and why you believe a refund is due. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most billing problems are faster to resolve directly. If a charge is disputed, we may pause the account while the dispute is open.
